Terms of Service
GSTFlow Pro by Novatech Technologies Private Limited. Effective 1 November 2026.
These terms are the agreement between Novatech Technologies Private Limited ("we") and the business that uses GSTFlow Pro ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. The service
GSTFlow Pro is software for billing, point of sale, restaurant orders, self-order kiosks and stock. You choose the products you subscribe to (Billing, Supermarket, Restaurant, Kiosk) and we provide the features of those products.
2. Your account
You must give correct details and keep your password and your staff logins safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by the staff you add and the permissions you give them. Tell us at once if you think an account was misused.
3. Your data and your bills
The items, customers, bills and other records you enter belong to you. You are responsible for their accuracy, for the GST rates and GSTIN you set, and for issuing valid tax invoices to your customers. The software calculates tax from the rates you configure; it does not replace advice from your accountant.
4. Payments
Online payments (such as UPI) are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. The partner's terms apply to those payments. Payment fees charged by the partner are borne by the shop unless agreed otherwise. Cash, card-machine and manual UPI payments recorded by your cashier are your own record: confirm money was received before you record it.
If a customer pays late, twice or the wrong amount, the payment is shown in "Payments to review" and you decide whether to refund it.
5. Online payment charges and our role
Online payments, whether you pay us for a plan or your customers pay you, are processed by Razorpay together with your bank, card network or UPI provider. Razorpay and those banks may charge fees for handling the payment. Those fees are set by them, not by us, and they are separate from the price of your plan.
Novatech is not a bank, a payment institution or a payment processor. We do not act on behalf of Razorpay or any bank, we are not a party to your dealings with them, and we are not responsible for their fees, charges, delays, holds, failed or reversed payments, or how they treat a refund. Their terms apply to those payments. If a payment goes wrong, you will need to take it up with them as well as with us.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Fees depend on the products you choose, as shown on the pricing page or agreed with you in writing. Fees are payable in advance for the period chosen, and a new account is switched on when the first payment is made. Taxes are extra where they apply. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens when you cancel.
7. Plan limits and fair use
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of bills and limits on the number of products, staff accounts and paired devices. The current allowances are shown in your account under Subscription. Bills are counted from the 1st of each month. We warn you as you get close; if you go past an allowance by a small margin, new bills (or new additions) pause until the next month or until we raise your limit. We can agree different limits with you in writing. Reaching a limit never deletes your existing records.
8. How long we keep your bills
We keep the bills and invoice files of each financial year (1 April to 31 March) in our storage for one year and one month: from 1 April of the year they begin until 30 April of the following year. For example, bills raised in the financial year that begins on 1 April 2026 are kept until 30 April 2027. After that date we may delete them from our storage.
Until then you can download your bills, invoices and reports at any time. Tax law may require you to keep your records for longer than this, and keeping them for that time is your responsibility, so download what you need before the date. We show a reminder in the app in April.
9. Acceptable use
You will not use the service for anything unlawful, to issue false or fake invoices, to attack or overload the service, to access another business's data, or to resell it without our written permission.
10. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Internet or power cuts on your side can stop billing. Plan for it, for example by keeping a paper bill book for emergencies.
11. Hardware
Tablets, printers and other devices are used with the service at your own responsibility. Hardware we supply carries only the warranty stated at the time of sale.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or does not pay. After the account ends you can ask us for an export of your records; after a reasonable period we may delete them, except what the law requires us to keep.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction. Please write to us first and we will try to resolve any problem quickly.
