Privacy Policy

For your shop's own information (your customers' names and phone numbers, your bills, your items) you are the owner of the data and we process it on your behalf to run the service. For information about you and your staff as users of the service (name, email, phone, login details) we decide how it is used.

• Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored only as a hash), role and permissions.
• Business details: shop name, address, GSTIN, logo, outlets, tables, items and prices.
• Transactions: bills, orders, payments, refunds, stock movements and customer details you enter on a bill.
• Technical data: device and kiosk identifiers, IP address, browser type and logs used for security and fixing problems.

We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs. Online payments are handled by Razorpay, which receives the payer's payment details directly.

• To provide the service: billing, orders, payments, printing, reports.
• To keep it safe: sign-in security, abuse prevention, audit logs of sensitive actions.
• To support you and send service messages such as email verification and password reset.
• To meet legal duties, for example record keeping.

Only with service providers needed to run the product: hosting and database, file storage, email delivery and the payment partner. They may use the data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal data. Another shop never sees your records. The only thing shops share is basic product facts (name, HSN, GST rate) for barcodes you choose to contribute to the shared catalogue, and these never include prices you charge, customers or sales.

We keep your records while your account is active. Tax and accounting rules may require bills to be kept for several years, so we keep invoices for that period even after you leave. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain about how it is handled. Shop owners can edit most data in the app. For anything else write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data travels over encrypted connections, passwords are hashed, each shop's data is separated from others, staff see only what their permissions allow, and sensitive actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you notice anything wrong.

If you enter your customers' details on bills, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold them and for using them only for your business, as the law requires.
